播期对小豆花芽分化及碳氮代谢的影响

Effect of sowing date on adzuki bean flower bud differentiation and the carbon and nitrogen metabolism

Using the early-maturing variety adzuki bean "Jihong-8937" as material,this experiment studied the relations between flower bud differentiation and the carbon and nitrogen metabolism on different sowing date.The result showed that: The differentiation of flower bud sped up with the delay of sowing date;the later sowing date,the shorter of the node of the first flower,and the more of the number of the first flower;plant′s height and number of branches per plant were greatly influenced by sowing date;delayed sowing,the soluble sugar and starch content increased,while total nitrogen content decreased,C/N also increased,which sped up the process of adzuki bean flower bud differentiation.These findings have provided a basis for adzuki bean flower bud differentiation and photoperiod theory.
