摘    要:以非灭菌土(农田土∶沙=2∶1)为生长基质,采用盆栽试验,研究了在土壤相对含水量为75%、50%和25%条件下接种 AM真菌对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.)生长和养分含量的影响.结果表明:干旱胁迫显著抑制了菌根侵染率并降低了植株生物量.不同土壤含水量下,接种 AM 真菌提高了丹参根系菌根侵染率...

Abstract:Effects of AM fungi on growth and nutritional contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.under 25%,50% and 75% soil relative water content in pot culture with unsterilized soil(soil∶sand=2∶1) as growth substrate were studied.The results showed that AM fungi had significant influences on the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.under different water content in soil.The mycorrhizal colonization rate and biomass of host plants significantly decreased under drought stress.Under different soil water conditions,inoculation with AM fungi promoted the AM fungal colonization of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..Inoculating AM fungi significantly increased the biomass,soluble sugar,chlorophyll in leaves and total P,total N and tanshinone contents in roots,and significantly decreased total N contents in leaves.The soluble protein and proline contents in leaves significantly decreased under 25% and 50% soil relative water content.The total flavonoids contents in leaves and roots significantly decreased under 25% soil relative water content,while significantly increased under 50% and 75% soil relative water content by AM fungal inoculation.Drought stress and AM had significant interaction effect on the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and total N in leaves,total P,tanshinone and total flavonoid in leaves and roots.The best inoculation effect occurs under 50% soil relative water content.The mechanism of AM fungi strengthening drought resistance of mycorrhizal plant could be that AM fungal hypha contributed to soil water and minerals uptake in mycorrhizal plant,and AM fungi improved physiological metabolic activity of mycorrhizal plant.AM fungi could promote the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..
