| 摘 要： | 根据南水北调中线配套工程对西大洋引水工程的影响,结合河北省和保定市南水北调配套工程规划总体要求,从经济技术的角度,本研究提出了保定市西大洋给水工程利用南水北调引江水作为新水源的6种工程方案。针对影响方案选择的因素具有模糊性这一特征,应用模糊综合评判法进行方案优选,根据最大隶属度原则,通过计算得到了全部买断产权方案为最佳的对策方案。基于模糊综合评判法的优选结果为南水北调中线引江水被保定市给水工程利用的方案选择提供了决策依据。
