摘    要:以四倍体酸枣(Ziziphus acidojujuba C.Y.Cheng et M.J.Liu)组培苗为试材,研究了生长调节剂及浓度、茎段类型、温度和刻伤对生根的影响.结果表明:采用1/2MS培养基添加IBA 1.5~2.0 mg/L适合四倍体酸枣组培苗生根;带茎尖茎段与不带茎尖茎段对生根没有显著影响;茎段带3片以上...

Abstract:The influencing factors,including growth regulators,types of stem segment,temperature and snicking,on rooting of the tetraploid sour jujube plantlets were studied.The results showed that it was preferable to add 1.5-2.0 mg/L IBA in 1/2 MS medium for rooting of the plantlets.There was no significant discrepancy for rooting rate between stem apex and stem segment.The appropriate rooting temperature was 25-30 ℃ and the appropriate leaf number on stem was more than three.There was no significant influence on rooting rate by snicking in stem base.
