| Abstract: | The influencing factors,including growth regulators,types of stem segment,temperature and snicking,on rooting of the tetraploid sour jujube plantlets were studied.The results showed that it was preferable to add 1.5-2.0 mg/L IBA in 1/2 MS medium for rooting of the plantlets.There was no significant discrepancy for rooting rate between stem apex and stem segment.The appropriate rooting temperature was 25-30 ℃ and the appropriate leaf number on stem was more than three.There was no significant influence on rooting rate by snicking in stem base. |
