小麦白粉病抗源亲本改良方法和改良效果的研究

摘    要:在对部分白粉病原始抗源改良研究的基础上,创造出了11份农艺性状优良的新抗源品系;在对改良方法及改良效果进行比较的同时,提出了阶梯式杂交及用苗头品系与抗源滚动回交作为单个抗性基因改良的主要模式,并对实现多个抗性基因重组的途径进行了探讨,拓宽了抗性基因转育的思路,可有效提高抗病育种的效率。

Abstract:wheat materials that are resistant to Erysiphe graminis f. sp.trictici and have good a gricultural characters were selected by improving to the primary materials. At the same time, the improvement methods and effects wer e analyzed, with the following results: the stile-intercross and backcross wer e the better methods for the single-gene improvement, and the ways of multi-ge ne improvement were also explored.
