| 摘 要： | 对河北香菊与其它药用菊花的植物学特征及主要化学成分进行比较研究,结果表明:河北香菊与其它栽培类型药用菊花在花序内鳞片的有无、头状花序直径、舌状花层数等植物学特征方面存在较大差异;其挥发油含量是其它药用菊花含量的2.61~11.36倍;总黄酮含量是其它药用菊花1.36~3.17倍、绿原酸的含量是其它药用菊花1.79~2.53倍,具有较高的药用价值,对其进一步的开发利用提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The botanical characters and main chemical components were studied by comparing HebeiXiangju with other Chrysanthemum morifolium.Results showed that there were significant differences in botanical characters in the inflorescence bud scale,the diameter of head inflorescence and the layers of ray florets between HebeiXiangju and other cultivars of C.morifolium.Compared with other C.morifolium,the amount of volatile oil was 2.61-11.36 times higher;that of total flavonoid,1.36-3.17 times;that of chorogenic acid,1.79-2.53 times higher respectively,suggesting that HebeiXiangju has higher medicinal values. |
