旱地冬小麦抗旱性的形态特征及生理特性的初步研究

摘    要:试验结果表明,旱地冬小麦抗旱性与生育期叶片含水量呈显著负相关关系,以拔节期最显著,并且在抗旱性能不同的品种间差异达显著水准。抗旱性强的品种保水能力强,抗旱性弱的品种则反之。抗旱性能不同类型的小麦品种间与其株高、拔节期苗高、穗茎节长度、抽穗度等差异显著,并呈正相关关系。这些性状可做为鉴定小麦品种抗旱性的较可靠的形态指标。小麦受旱后降低指数,以单株穗数对干旱反应最敏感;其次是株高、拔节期苗高。因此筛选抗旱材料以单株穗数、株高等性状对干旱不敏感的材料为好。

Abstract:Drought resistanceis a very complicate multigenic characters. The results presented that it was among a series of physiological and morphological changes and significantly negatively related to water content in leaves during growing, especilly during the stem pushing period. The varieties with different drought resistance differed signicantly in water content in leaves.Varieties with higher drought resistance had higher water retaining capacity.The varieties with different drought resistance in plant height,seedling height in the stem pushing period, longth of top internode and relative degree of head sprouting and positive correlation was observed. These characters could be used as reliable morphological indicators in idontifying drought resistance of wheat varieties. According to decreasing index from drought,the number of heads per plant responded most senstively to drough, followed by plant height and seeding height at the stem pushing stage.Therefore, gelecting drought resistance varieties lay in the number of heads per plant,plant height and other characters,which were less sensitive to drought.
