不同来源棉花种质资源基于RAPD的遗传变异

摘    要:为了挖掘棉花种质资源潜力并充分利用这些资源进行杂交育种工作,用16个引物对来自中国、美国、法国、澳大利亚等国家的35个棉花品种(系)包括转基因单、双价抗虫棉进行了RAPD分析,并对各品种的指纹图谱进行了聚类分析,明确了这些品种(系)的遗传多样性,这对科学地配制杂交组合,有目的的利用这些资源提供了科学依据。

Abstract:RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) technique was used to detect the genetic diversity of 35 cotton cultivars including transgenic insect resistant from China,America,Fraence and other countries.The results indicated that 35 cultivars could be divided into seven subgroups based on cluster of RAPD fingerprinting of each cultivar amplified with 16 random primers,which is also valuable in the choice of parents for the development of cotton cultivars and hybrids.
