摘    要:为明确拟南芥不同生态型对灰葡萄孢的抗病性,并筛选具有抗性的拟南芥材料,试验通过对拟南芥11个生态型进行接种试验,研究其对21个灰葡萄孢菌株的反应,结果发现,有10个灰葡萄孢菌株对拟南芥的11个生态型表现抗/感差异。其中Col-0、Ws-0和Ler生态型接种灰葡萄孢菌株BC18后表现典型的抗病和感病反应。组织病理学试验进一步确定了Col-0、Ws-0生态型为抗病生态型,而Ler为感病生态型,试验结果为进一步的植物抗病基因的克隆和相关作物的遗传改良奠定基础。
