摘    要:以红富士苹果为试材,探讨了高温胁迫对苹果果皮组织中O2-·和MDA含量及SOD和POD活性的影响。研究结果表明:与对照(25℃)相比,45℃高温处理增加了果皮组织中O2-·和MDA含量及SOD和POD活性整体呈下降趋势;在高温胁迫下,O2-·能迅速产生,其含量在胁迫1 h内达到最大值,从而刺激诱导了细胞内过氧化保护系统功能的增强,致使SOD和POD活性明显增加,其活性在胁迫3 h左右达到高峰,而后迅速下降;而MDA含量在胁迫3 h最低,随后迅速上升,在胁迫5 h时其含量达到最大值。

Abstract:The present test was undertaken with Fuji apple fruit to find out the effect of high-temperature stress on the content of O_2~-· and MDA as well as the activity of SOD and POD. The results indicated that, compared with the control (25℃), the contents of O_2~-· and MDA were enhanced under high-temperature stress (45℃). While the activity of SOD and POD decreased quickly. Under high- temperature stress, O_2~-· can be generated quickly and the peak occurs within 1 h immediately after the stress. Moreover, it can increase the activities of SOD and POD, which may attain the maximum values at 3 h after the stress. The peak of MDA content occurred at 5 h.
