金露梅耐盐生理特性的研究

摘    要:研究了金露梅在不同浓度的NaCl胁迫下的生理生化效应。结果表明:随着NaCl处理浓度的增加以及胁迫时间的延长,金露梅叶片中的膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈缓慢下降趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先下降后上升趋势;丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖含量呈先上升后下降趋势。研究证实了膜透性、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD及POD活性是金露梅5个重要的耐盐生理指标;可溶性糖含量变化幅度较小,可作为金露梅耐盐性鉴定的参考指标。

Abstract:The physiological effects of NaCl stress in Potentilla fruticosa L.were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of salt concentration and the prolonging time of NaCl-stress,membrane permeability and free proline content increased gradually;superoxide dismutase(SOD) of Potentilla fruticosa L.leaves decreased slowly;the peroxidase(POD) had high-low-high trend;the contents of MDA,soluble sugar had low-high-low trend.This research confirmed that membrane permeability,MDA content,free proline content,S...
