| 摘 要： | 为监测玉米小斑病菌O小种优势种群的变化趋势，作者于1991～1995年连续5a用新分离出的O小种强菌株，对生产上的10个骨干玉米自交系进行了温室苗期接种鉴定和连续9a对玉米杂交种进行抗病性跟踪监测。试验结果发现，玉米小斑病菌O小种随着新的抗病玉米杂交种在生产上的大面积种植，新的优势强菌系不断产生，致使玉米对小斑病的抗性也不断“丧失”。

| Abstract: | During 1991 ~ 1995, seedlings of 10 main cultivated inbred lines were inoculated with the new strong isolates of Bipolaris maydis in the green house to identify and monitor the developing tend of the predominant population of the race O. Moreover, the disease resis-tance of the main maize cultivars to Bipolaris maydis was monitored in 9 years successively.The results pointed out that the Bipolaris maydis race O appeared continually new predomi-nant strong strains as the releasing of the new cultivars with higher resistance so that the re-sistance of maize to Bipolaris maydis lost gradually. |
