阿维菌素微胶囊剂的制备

摘    要:为了摸索界面聚合法,制备阿维菌素微胶囊的最佳反应条件,本试验探索了以水为反应介质的界面聚合法制备壁材为聚脲的阿维菌素微胶囊剂的缩聚反应工艺过程,研究了界面聚合反应时间,搅拌速度、乳化剂种类、农药与壁材投入比、分散剂种类等因素对微胶囊粒径和包覆率及释放速率的影响,并对微胶囊的理化性质进行了测定。结果表明:选用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯和乙二胺作为囊壁材料,界面聚合时间为12 h,搅拌速度为1 000 r/min,选用乳化剂A∶农乳500#=3∶1,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,可制得平均粒径在1~3μm,包覆率在90%以上,包覆率和流动性良好的微胶囊剂。
