摘    要:利用链霉菌防治黄瓜白粉病以及对黄瓜植株生长的温室试验表明,3株链霉菌M63、S15和S93对黄瓜白粉病具有保护性防治作用,与对照相比,浸种的平均防效分别为62.7%、40.3%和56.8%,清水对照的防效为0,M63和S93的防效显著优于S15(P=0.05),3株链霉菌在不同时间间隔的防效均显著高于清水对照,且随着叶面喷施后与接种白粉菌时间间隔的缩短,防效有增高趋势,而喷施特谱唑则表现了相反的趋势;3株链霉菌叶面喷施的防效差异不大,M63的防治效果较稳定;3株链霉菌浸种结合预防性叶面喷施的防病效果和变化趋势与单独叶面喷施链霉菌的防效相似。链霉菌对黄瓜白粉病的治疗效果不明显。研究还发现,M63和S93浸种处理显著地增加株高,相反S15显著降低了株高。3株链霉菌均显著地增加黄瓜植株的叶片数。总之,链霉菌M63的防效优于S15和S93,是一株有应用前景的生防菌株。

Effects of three Streptomyces strains on the growth of cucumber plant and against cucumber powdery mildew

Abstract:Three Streptomyces strains, M63, S15 and S93 were used as biological agents and were tested against cucumber powdery mildew caused by Sphaerotheca fuliginea. M63, S15 and S93 provided significantly better protection on cucumber powdery mildew than water control treatment in seed soaking experiment with average protective effect of 62.7%, 56.8% and 40.3% respectively. Moreover, M63 and S93 showed significant protection than S15. The results showed a tendency that the shorter the period from leaf spraying of the strains of Streptomyces to inoculation with Sphaerotheca fuliginea was, the greater effect of biological control on the disease was. However, Triadimefon had the reverse tendency. Spraying M63 on leaf had more durable effect on disease control against Sphaerotheca fuliginea than the other two strains. Seed soaking combined with leaf spraying of the strains had similar tendency of disease control to leaf spraying alone. The therapeutic effect of the three Streptomyces strains on cucumber powdery mildew did not show significantly better. The research also showed that seed soaking of M63 or S93 had increased the height of plant, however S15 had the reverse tendency. All the three streptomyces increased the leaf numbers significantly. So, M63 provided better disease control than S15 and S93. It is a potential biological control agent.
