| 摘 要： | 运用目前国外对生态足迹进行动态分析的最新成果,对河北省从1985年到2003年的生态足迹进行了计算,并结合万元GDP占用生态足迹、生态足迹多样性指数和经济系统发展能力指数等指标,对河北省的可持续发展状况进行了动态分析。结果表明:这期间河北省的生态承载力增长不明显,而人均生态足迹呈逐年增加的趋势,出现了生态赤字,河北省处于不可持续发展状态,但是土地生产效率不断提高,经济发展能力在逐步增强。

| Abstract: | Setting up the harmonious society must go with sustainable development strategy.The ecological footprint model is a new method of measureing sustainable development nowadays.Applying the newest research results about ecological footprint dynamic analysis,this paper calcu-lates Hebei province ecological footprint from 1985 to 2003,and dynamicly analyses the sustainable condition of Hebei province combining ecological footprint diversity index and development capacity index of economic system.The results show the biocapacity is not obvious during this period;but per capatial ecologial footprint increases year by year;the ecologial footprint shows the deficit;Hebei province is not suatainable,moreover the land production efficiency raises continuously,the ability of economy development is strengthenning gradually. |
