| 摘 要： | 本文采用Wolfe等提出的毒性频率分析法首次对河北省小麦叶锈菌群体的毒性基因及其频率进行了研究，结果表明：毒性基因V2d,Vs,V14a,V14B,V16和V18在叶锈菌群体中普遍存在，相对频率高于82.35%；V9，V19，V24，V25，V28和V29较少，相对频率为0-16.61%；V1，V2a,V2c,V3Bg,V10,V14ab,V15,V17,V21,V23,V26和V30介于以上二者之间，相对频率为21.22-73.61%。作者根据毒性基因在各地区的分布，初步提出省内抗性基因布局意见。
