摘    要:依靠混凝土的CT图像信息,可以准确地展示混凝土内部裂纹结构。运用Amira 5.2.1软件,将CT原始图像信息进行了混凝土裂纹结构的三维重建研究。实验表明:所建立的混凝土三维模型骨料分布基本符合原始CT图像,裂纹空间形态较清晰,实现了裂纹的可视化,能够比较真实地展示混凝土材料的内部裂纹结构。三维重建图可看到骨料分布比较均匀,裂纹连接了部分原始孔隙,且主要出现在边部。

Abstract:Depending on CT image information of the concrete,concrete internal crack structures was accurately demonstrated.In this paper,the Amira5.2.1 software was used to complete the 3-D reconstruction of concrete's crack-structure.Experiments showed that the established 3-D model of concrete aggregate distribution was in line with the original CT images.The spatial form of crack was clear,which realized the visualization of cracks,more truly presented the internal cracks of the concrete structure.The 3-D reconstruction showed that aggregate distribution was even and cracks connected part of the original pore,which mainly appeared on the edge of the block.
