高等植物的多胺代谢

摘    要:多胺是生物体内代谢过程中产生的生物活性物质,广泛分布于高等动植物和原核生物体中,对高等植物生长发育起多方面的作用。多胺的代谢与植物激素、光照、多种逆境胁迫、病害以及衰老密切相关,因此,本文就有关多胺代谢、多胺代谢中的关键酶类的研究作一综述,并对一些稀有多胺的代谢及酶类作一简单介绍。

Abstract:Polyamines are the compounds with biological activity whichoccur in the metabolic processes of biological system,There are somecommon polyamines such as putrescine,cadaverine,spermidine,spermine,etc.Distributed ubiquitously in eukaryotes and prokaryotes,polyaminescarry out the significant functions in the growth and development of higherplant.The experimental results have indicated that polyamines are closelyrelated to phytohormones,various stresses,light,Diseases and senescence.More and more researchers have studied on and have done some excellentworks on polyamines in higher plant in recent years.The evidences forthe biosynthesis and catabolism of polyamines,especially the key enzymesin the metabolic pathway of polyamines are reviewed in this paper.Themetabolism of uncommon polyamines is also considered.
