磺胺类化合物对水稻白叶枯病抗菌活性的研究

摘    要:通过对若干对氨基苯磺酰胺类衍生物对水稻白叶枯病(Xanthomonas oryzae)离体及活体测定结果表明,酰胺基上的一个氢原子被(?)等基团取代后体内及体外均有明显的生物活性,被烷烃基取代后体内外均无明显的活性,其余取代基介于两者之间。离体测定结果表明,水稻白叶枯病菌对磺胺类化合物最敏感,果树根癌病菌次之,十字花科蔬菜软腐病菌敏感性最差。将菌体代谢物——对氨基苯甲酸以一定比例混入磺胺类化合物,可抵消磺胺类化合物对水稻白叶枯病的防治效果。混入量愈大,抵消程度愈明显。暗示这类化合物对水稻白叶枯病的抗菌活性属于竞争性抑制作用原理。

Abstract:The activity tests of some P-amino phenyl-sulfamide compounds to Xanthomonas oryzae in vitro and in vivo indicated,once the H in amido was substituted by (?) these compounds showed remarkable bioactivity both in vitro and in vivo. While the H in amido was substituted by alkyl group there is no obvious bioactivity,for the other substitute group the bioactivity falls in betweet. The tests in vitro indicated to the sulfamide compounds X.oryzae was most sensitive,Agrobacterium tumefaciens(Smith and Towns) Corm the se- cond and the Erwinia carotovora (Jones) Holl was insensitive. After the pathogen metabolite-P-amino -benjoic acid was mixed with Sulfamide compounds in proportion the control effect of sulfamide to X. oryzae was neutralized.The more P-amino-benjoic acid was mixed the less control effect observed.This means the antifungal activity of this kind of compounds to X.oryzae belongs to the competitive inhibition mechanism.
