| 摘 要： | 中草药提取物对多种果蔬采后致病菌有抑制作用,为获得更好的抑菌效果,从苹果中筛取苹果主要致病菌绿霉菌作为供试菌,以400倍多菌灵做对照,通过琼脂打孔扩散法对14种中草药提取物进行筛选,筛选出3种和400倍多菌灵抑菌效果无显著差异的中草药:丁香、黄连和桂皮。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到了这3种药材超声波的提取最佳条件(乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度)分别为:丁香70%、10 min、30℃;桂皮70%、20min、20℃;黄连80%、20 min、30℃。最佳提取条件的得出,为天然果蔬保鲜剂的开发提供了理论数据。
