摘    要:中草药提取物对多种果蔬采后致病菌有抑制作用,为获得更好的抑菌效果,从苹果中筛取苹果主要致病菌绿霉菌作为供试菌,以400倍多菌灵做对照,通过琼脂打孔扩散法对14种中草药提取物进行筛选,筛选出3种和400倍多菌灵抑菌效果无显著差异的中草药:丁香、黄连和桂皮。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到了这3种药材超声波的提取最佳条件(乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度)分别为:丁香70%、10 min、30℃;桂皮70%、20min、20℃;黄连80%、20 min、30℃。最佳提取条件的得出,为天然果蔬保鲜剂的开发提供了理论数据。

Abstract:In this study,a major pathogenic Bacteriums penicillium digitatum from apples was separated.Agar well-diffusion method is used to test the antifungal activity of 14 species of medical plants extracts with 50% ethanol.Three extracts from the medical plants such as clove,cassia and Coptis expressed significant inhibitory effects as better as the positive control carbendazim.Optimization of their ultrasonic wave extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal tests.The best concentration of alcohol,distill ti...
