安哥诺和黑宝石李花芽形态分化的初步研究

为弄清安哥诺和黑宝石2个晚熟李品种的成花机理，以更好地指导生产。本研究采用石蜡切片方法，对安哥诺和黑宝石2个晚熟李品种的花芽形态分化及雌雄蕊发育进行了系统地观察研究。结果表明：安哥诺和黑宝石花芽形态分化自8月中旬开始至12月下旬结束。花芽分化过程可分为分化初期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期、雌蕊分化期，整个分化过程历时130d。雌雄蕊发育的情况：3月10日，花药中具有幼嫩的花粉母细胞，而子房内尚未产生胚珠原基；3月21日，花药中形成游离的花粉母细胞，子房内出现胚珠原基；4月1日，花药中形成单核花粉粒，胚珠进一步发育；4月12日，花药中形成二核花粉粒，而且胚珠成熟，进入开花期。

Research on the differentiation of flower bud and the development of pistil and stamen of Prunus humilis

The process of floral bud differentiation was studied. The results show that bud differentiation starts in August and ends in December, dividing into the early differential period, the sepal differential period ,the petal differential period, the stamen differential period, the pistil differential period. The whole process taked about 130 days. The development of pistil and stamen was as the follows. There were microsporocyte in anther and there was't ovule primordium in ovary on March 10; There were dissociative microsporocyte in anther and there was ovule primordium in ovary on March 21; There were single-nuclear pollen grains in anther and there was ovule in ovary on April 1; There were 2-nuclear pollen grains in anther and there was mature ovule in ovary on April 12.The flowerbuds turned into blooming stage.
