| 摘 要： | 采用盆栽试验方法研究了不同钾肥用量对水萝卜产量和品质的影响。结果表明：在施用氮、磷肥的基础上，施用钾肥能提高水萝卜的产量，提高幅度为３０．０３％￣７２．４１％；同时能改善水萝卜的品质，提高了蛋白质、氨基态氮和Ｖｃ含量，降低了硝态氮的含量。

| Abstract: | The pot experiment results indicated that potassium could increase yield of Raphanus sativus L,that potash could also increase content of protein ,amino-N and V C,decrease content of nitrate.Thus it could improve the quality of Raphanus sativus L. |
