摘    要:对葵花籽蜡、牡丹籽油中的不皂化物进行了GC-MS分析,色谱条件:Agilent HP-5柱(250 μm×0.25 μm×30 m);氦载气,流速1 mL/min,进样量:1μL,分流比20:1.柱温:240℃保持1 min,以20℃/min速度升至300℃,保持15 min;进样口温度:320℃;辅助加热300℃,质谱分析条件:全扫描,扫描范围:m/z 14~600.结果表明:葵花籽蜡中含有二十二烷醇、十八烷醇、二十四烷醇、二十八烷醇以及谷甾醇,其中二十八烷醇的含量为288 μg/g.牡丹籽油中含有谷甾醇、角鲨烯、γ-VE、1,2,3,4,4a,10a-六氢-6-羟基-1,1,4-三甲基-7-(1-甲基乙基),9,10-菲二酮、岩皂甾醇以及2,4-亚甲基-9,19-cyclolanostan-3-醇.

Abstract:Non-saponifiable matters in sunflower seed wax and peony seed oil were measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Agilent HP-5 column(250 μm × 0.25 μm× 30 m);helium carrier gas flow rate 1 mL/min,injection volume:1 μL,split ratio 20:1.Column temperature: 240 ℃ and maintained for 1 min,rose to 300 ℃ with the rate of 20 ℃/min,and kept for 15 min;Injector temperature: 320 ℃;Auxiliary heating: 300 ℃;MS conditions: full scan with the scan range of m/z 14~600.The results showed that sunflower wax contained docosane,octadecanol,lignocerane tetracosane,octacosanol and sitosterol,among them the content of octacosanol was 288 μg/g.Peony seed oil contained sitosterol,squalene,γ-VE,1,2,3,4,4a,10a-6H-6-OH-1,1,4-3CH3-7-(1-CH3-CH2CH3),9,10-phenanthrenedione,fucosterol and 2,4-CH2-9,19-cyclolanostan-3-alkanol.
