| 摘 要： | 对富锗灵芝子实体和菌丝体锗的提取方法进行了探讨，并对灵芝多糖提取过程中各部分锗含量进行了比较，结果表明，提取液中一半左右的锗结合于蛋白质、多糖等生物大分子化合物中。

| Abstract: | The extraction methods of germanium in fruit body and mycelium of germanium-enriched Ganoderma lucidum were explored.Total germanium contents of each fraction in the separation of polysaccharides were also studied.The results showed that a half of germanium or so was combined with biological macromolecular compounds such as protein and polysaccharides. |
