不同杨树树种枝条木质部酚类次生代谢物质的分析

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法,对8个杨树树种枝条木质部次生代谢物质种类和含量进行了分析。共测定次生代谢物质14种,不同杨树的次生代谢物质种类有所不同,在含量上也存在显著差异。对次生代谢物质进行聚类分析表明:8个杨树树种中白杨派的毛白杨和新疆杨为一类,另外6种黑杨派及其杂交类群的杨树为另一类。

Abstract:With the method of high-pressured liquid chromatography, the content of secondary metabolites in branch xylem of & poplar tree species was analysed. Which include 14 kinds of secondary metabolites: pheno (x1), catechol (x2), benzoic acid (x3 ), salicylic acid (x4), p- hyadroxybenzoic acid (x5), catechin (x6), gallic acid (x7), syringic acid (x8), cinnamic acid (x9), coumaric acid (x10), caffeic acid (x11), ferulic acid (x12), chlorogenic acid (x13), salicin (x14). The contents of the secondary metabolites were significantly different between the poplar tree species. The results of cluster analysis on secondary metabolites showed that the 2 varieties of Pppulus tomentosa and P. alba var. pyramidalis, which belong to Section Populous were divided one group, and the other 6 varieties in Section Aigeiros and their hybrids were divided into another group.
