大黄中大黄素提取条件的优化

摘    要:为确立大黄素的最佳提取工艺,本研究采用紫外分光光度法测定大黄素的纯度,并以大黄素的产量为指标,通过单因素试验从4种常规溶剂中确定出1种对大黄素提取效果最佳的溶剂,再采用正交试验对影响大黄素提取工艺的因素——提取溶剂的用量、所加入的酸水量、提取温度及时间4个水平进行了研究。结果表明:最佳提取条件为:大黄粉∶苯∶20%硫酸=1∶6∶1(m∶v∶v),提取3次,每次3 h,提取温度为65℃。

Abstract:In this experiment,the yield of emodin was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Taking yields of the pure emodin as a reference,benzene,the extract solvent of emodin,was initially identified by using the single-factor method.Then,the optimum extraction condition was selected with the orthogonal design,and levels(such as the dosage of solvent,dosage of acid,temperature and time) of extraction technology on the yield of emodin were studied.As a result,the best extracting conditions were as follows: the weight o...
