摘    要:水培法研究了8 MMOL/L氮素水平下,不同氮素形态配比对“791”和“汉中冬韭”产量、硝酸盐含量和营养品质的影响。结果表明:随营养液中铵态氮比例的增大和硝态氮比例的减少,两个韭菜品种的产量、蛋白质含量均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,叶片硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶活性、维生素C及可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势。以产量、硝酸盐含量和营养品质作为衡量指标,791适合的NO3-∶NH4+为2∶2~1∶3,汉中冬韭为3∶1~2∶2。

Abstract:The effects of different nitrogen forms and ratio on yield,nitrate content and nutrition quality of '791' and 'Hanzhong Chinese chive'(Allium tuberosum Rottler) were investigated under hydroponics on 8 mmol/L nitrogen level.The results showed that with proportion of the NH_4~+-N increased and NO_3~——N decreased, the yield and protein were increased then decreased in the two variety of Chinese chive.The contents of nitrate,activity of nitrate reductase,vitamin C,soluble sugar were decreased.Taking yield,content of nitrate and nutrition quality measurement index,the best NO_3~-∶NH_4~+ of 791 was 2∶2~1∶3 and 'Hanzhong Chinese chive' was 3∶1~2∶2.
