贝母属4种核型的报道

对四川产的４种贝母进行了核型研究，米贝母ＦｒｉｔｉｌｌａｒｉａｄａｖｉｄｉｉＦｒａｎｃｈ，核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２４＝２ｍ＋２ｓｍ＋１０ｓｔ＋１０ｔ，染色体相对长度系数Ｉ．Ｒ．Ｌ＝２Ｌ十２Ｍ２十７Ｍ１＋２ｓ核型为２Ｂ型，瓦布贝母ＦｒｉｔｉｌｌａｒｉａｗａｂｕｅｎｓｉｓＳ．Ｙ．ＴａｎｇｅｔＳ．Ｃ．Ｙｕｅｈ，核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２４＝２ｍ＋２ｓｍ（ＳＡＴ）＋２０ｔ，染色体相对长度系数Ｉ．Ｒ．Ｌ＝４Ｌ＋６Ｍ２＋１２Ｍ１＋２Ｓ，核型为２Ｂ型；浓度贝母ＦｒｉｔｉｌｌａｒｉａｍｅｌｌｅａＳ．Ｙ．ＴａｎｇｅｔＳ．Ｃ．Ｙｕｅｈ，核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２４＝２ｍ＋２ｓｍ＋２０ｔ，染色体相对长度系数Ｉ·Ｒ·Ｌ＝４Ｌ＋８Ｍ２＋１０Ｍ１＋２Ｓ，核型为３Ａ型；槽鳞贝母ＦｒｉｔｉｌｌａｒｉａｕｎｉｂｒａｃｔｅａｔａＨｓｉａｏｅｔＫ．Ｃｓｉａｖａｒ．ｓｕｌｃｉｓｑｕａｍｏｓａ（Ｓ．Ｙ．ＴａｎｇｅｔＳ．Ｃ．Ｙｕｅｈ）ＨｓｉａｏｅｔＳ．Ｃ．Ｙｕ，核型公式为２ｎ＝２Ｘ＝２４＝２Ｘ（ＳＡＴ）＋２ｓｍ＋１０ｔ，染色体相对长度系数Ｉ．Ｒ．Ｌ＝４Ｌ＋４Ｍ２＋１４Ｍ１＋２Ｓ，核型为３Ｂ型。该４种贝母核型较一致，但各种之间在次缢痕、随体、Ｂ染色体的数目?

Feport on the Karyotyfes of 4 Species of the Fritillaria

Report on karyotypes of 4 species-of the Fritillarla. The karyotypes of the 4 species. Are reported for the first Time. The results are shown as followss. Fritillaria davidii Franch is a diploid. Its Karyotype formula is 2n=2x=24=2m + 2sm + 10st + 10t(Plate I. Fig 1. )There are 2 pairs of L chromosomes and 2 pairs of M_2 chromosomes and 7 pairs M_1 chromosomes and 1 pairs of S chromosome though the karyotype belongs to 2B.The Fritillaria wabuensis S. Y. Tang et S. C. Yueh. Its karyotpe formula is 2n=2x=24= 2m+ 2sm (SAT) + 20t (plate I. Fig 2. ). There are 2 pairs of L chromosomes and 3 pairs of M_2 chromosomes and 6 pairs of M_1 chromosomes and 2 pairs of S chromosome though the karyotype belongs to 2B. The karyotype formula of fritillaria mellea S. Y. Tang et S. C.Yueh is 2n=2x=24=2m+2sm+20t (Plate I. Fig 3. )There are 2 pairs of L chromosomes and 4 pairs of M_2 chromosomes and 5 pairs of M_1 chromosomes and 1 pairs of S chromosome though the karyotype belongs to 3A. Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia var.sulcisquamosa (S. T. Tang et S. C. Yueh) Hsiao et S. C. Yu. Its karyotype formula is 2n=2x=24=2m(SAT) + 2sm+ 20t (plate I. Fig 4. )There are 2 pairs of L chromosomes and 2 pairs of M_2 chromosomes and 7 pairs of M_1 chromosomes and 1 pairs of chromosome. The karyotype of the 4 native species are similar to each other except,the number and position of the secondary constriction and B-chromosome are different from each other.
