17个小麦品种抗白粉性基因的推导

摘    要:本研究将我省17个小麦品种(系)和17个已知抗白粉基因的品系(种)用15个不同的白粉菌株接种,通过比较侵染型来推导未知基因品种可能含有的抗性基因。结果表明:75(139)、河农矮3等6个品种不含抗性基因;唐86—4043含有P_m2和另一个未知抗性基因;CA841和C4102—5含有P_m3C;邯4032和CA8646含有P_m8;7111和石86—4846可能含有P_m3C 和P_m8;而CA8694等4个品种可能含有与供试基因不同的抗性基因。

Abstract:Seventeen winter wheat cultivars or lines and 17 lines withknown powdery mildew resistance genes were inoculated with 15 isolatesof Eryziphe graminis f.sp.tritici respectively.By comparing theirinfection types the relavent resiotance genes of the winter wheat cultivarswith unknown genes were determined.The results showed that 6cultivars,such as 75(139).Henong ai 3.had no P_m gene tested;Tang86-4043 might have Pm2 and another unknown resistance gene;CA841and C4102-5 might have P_m3c;Han 4032 and CA8646 might havePm8;and 7111 and Shi86-4846 had Pm3c and Pm8.Four other cultivarsincluding CA8694 might have the resistance genes different from Pmgenes used.
