| 摘 要： | 本研究用平板稀释法分离出平菇单孢64个,香菇单孢48个。将以上单孢进行镜检和出菇实验,经三次重复,证明平菇单孢部分出菇,香菇不出菇,筛选出不出菇平菇单孢18个。平菇和香菇分别进行随机交配反应。结果测出8个平菇单孢基因型,而香菇有4个单孢基因型。
