| 摘 要： | 对唐菖蒲‘Rose Supreme’和‘Advanced Red’两个品种籽球生长发育进程与内源激素变化进行研究,结果表明:籽球生长发育表现出阶段性,第一阶段为籽球形态建成初期,第二个阶段为籽球快速膨大期,同时伴随着籽球不断形成。新球中内源激素含量整体高于籽球。籽球形态建成初期,籽球中GA3含量不断上升,IAA含量整体下降,ABA和ZR含量变化不明显;籽球快速膨大期,籽球内GA3含量迅速下降,ZR含量整体上升,ABA和IAA含量则无明显变化。

| Abstract: | By comparing the course of growth and development of cormel and changes of endogenous hormones of two gladiolus varieties 'Rose Supreme' and 'Advanced Red',the research showed that the growth and development of cormels can be divided into two stages.During the first stage,the initial of morphologization of cormel happened,while the cormel expanded quickly accompanied by incessant morphologization during the second stage.Absolute contents of endogenous hormones in new corm were higher than that in cormel as a whole.During the first stage,the content of GA_3 incessantly increased,the content of IAA declined,while the content of ABA and ZR had no distinct change.During the second stage,the content of GA_3 declined quickly,the content of ZR increased,and the content of ABA and IAA didn't change distinctly. |
