低酚棉的丰产育种目标及方法

本文综述了低酚棉育种的国内外研究动态及其进展,着重讨论了有关低酚棉产量及产量构成因素的育种问題。资料表明,随着遗传背景的不断改良,低酚棉与高酚棉的产量差异正在逐渐缩小,许多品种都已赶上甚至超过推广品种。本文提出了在主攻低酚棉产量时,应着重注意提高衣分,并注意单株铃数、铃重、烂铃率和单株结铃性的改良。提高衣分,应在确保较大籽指的基础上,通过提高衣指来实现提高衣分育种目标。另外,本文还对低酚棉的几种育种方法进行了讨论。

Breeding Objectives and Methods for Yield of Glandless Cotton

This paper summarized the development in glandless cotton breeding both inside and outside the country and discussed emphatically breeding problem about yield and yield components of glandless cotton. It was eonsided that yield difference of glandless and gland cotton was narrowing and yield of many glandless cottons had catehed up and even exceeded yield of popular gland cottons.It was suggested that lint percent should be emphatically improved when glandless cotton yield was studied seriously,and simultaneously pay attention to improvement hum boll her, bollsize,boll rottention rate and boll formation rate per plant.It suggested the breeding purpose of improving lint percent through improving lint index on base of greater seed index.Otherwise, several breeding methods of glandless cotton were also disscussed.
