水针疗法治疗家畜外产科疾病的进展

水针疗法（即穴位注射）是在传统针灸技术的基础上发展起来的一种中西结合的疗法，具有针刺和药物的双重作用，在兽医临床上应用广泛。本文概要介绍了近１０年来穴位注射治疗家畜外科病及胎产病方面的应用进展。经统计近３０篇临床报告表明，穴位注射治疗家畜闪挫伤、风湿症及神经麻痹等８６８例，治愈７４７例，治愈率为９４．１％；治疗家畜眼病４２１例，治愈４０２例，治愈率为９５．５％。穴位注射治疗家畜不孕症２２２例，治愈１９５例，治愈率为８７．８％；治疗乳房炎４３例，治愈３９例，治愈率９０．７％；治疗胎衣不下４８例，治愈１４１例，治愈率为８５．４％。

Applications of Acupoint Injection in the Treatment of Surgical and Obstetrical Diseases in Domestic Animals

Acupoint injection is a joint therapy of eastern and western medicine developed from the traditional acupuncture technique. It is now widely utilized in veterinary practice because it has the effects of both acupuncture and drug injections. Reviewed in the present paper is the advance of acupuncture point injection in treating surgical and obstetrical diseases in domestic animals during the past decade. Results from statistics of nearly 30 clinical reports reveal that of the 868 cases treated, which suffers from sprains or contusions, rheumatism or neural paralysis, 747 are cured, giving an efficacy rate of 94.1 percent. Of the 421 cases with ocular conditions 402 are cured. The efficacy percentage is 95. 5. Of the 202 cases of infertility treated with point injection, 195 are cured, making a percentage of 87.8.Point injection shows a cure rate of 90.7% (39/43) in mastitis and a percentage of 85.4 in placental reterntion (41/48).
