| 摘 要： | 研究了不同种类植物生长调节物质对黑果腺肋花楸试管苗增殖和生根的影响,结果表明:KT对黑果腺肋花楸试管苗的增殖无效果;MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA对黑果腺肋花楸试管苗的增殖、继代培养效果最好;IBA的生根效果优于NAA,尤其是1/2 MS+0.4 mg/L IBA表现最好。

| Abstract: | To study effects of different kinds of plant growth regulators on proliferation and rooting of Aronia melanocarpa in vitro culture different kinds and combinations of plant growth regulators were compared of their effects.The results showed that KT could not improve the growth proliferation when the test-tube seedings of Aronia melanocarpa were cultured.MS 0.5 mg/L 6-BA 0.2 mg/L IBA could improve proliferating,and the effect was the best.The effect of IBA was better than that of NAA,and 1/2MS 0.4 mg/LIBA was the most efficient. |
