摘    要:深播是玉米苗期避旱的重要途径之一,研究玉米种质资源的耐深播特性对于选育耐深播品种具有重要意义。该研究在播深10 cm条件下,对46份玉米自交系的根茎长、胚芽鞘长、根茎与胚芽鞘总长、出苗率进行了鉴定评价和相关分析。结果表明:4个性状变异程度不同,其中出苗率变异最大,根茎与胚芽鞘总长变异最小;性状间存在着不同的相关性,其中根茎长与出苗率呈显著正相关,而根茎与胚芽鞘长之和与出苗率呈极显著正相关。通过鉴定,筛选出了一批耐深播性强的玉米自交系,能为玉米耐深播种质筛选和改良提供依据。

Abstract:Deep-planting is one of the way to avoid drought in maize seedling stage,it is important to study the deep-planting characteristics of maize germplasm.In this study 46 maize inbred lines were evaluated for the traits of subcrown internode length,coleoptile length,subcrown internode and coleoptile total length,seedling emergence rate at 10 cm planting depth. Furthermore,the correlatons between these traits were calculated.The results showed that there were different variations of the four traits,therein,seedling emergence rate varied most,subcrown internode and coleoptile total length varied least.And among the four traits existed different relationships,the legth of subcrown internode positivel and significantly correlated with seedling emergence rate,and the length of subcrown internode plus coleoptile had extremely significant positive correlation with seedling emergence rate.Several strong deep-planting toleratn maize inbred lines has been identified through screening.the results obtained in this paper provided useful information for deep-planting tolerant germplasm screening and variety improvement in maize.
