摘    要:用野生根癌农杆菌接种毛白杨后,定期测定叶片内5种酶活性的动态变化,旨在揭示毛白杨对根癌农杆菌侵染后的生理响应,阐明杨树根癌病的病害生理。毛白杨接种病原菌后,SOD、POD、PPO前期活性高于对照,有1个酶活高峰,后期下降接近对照;CAT出现2个酶活高峰,25 d虽有下降,但一直高于对照;PAL活性变化幅度比较小,基本保持在对照水平,与对照相比差异不显著。研究结果表明:SOD和CAT对根癌农杆菌最敏感,POD和PPO次之,PAL敏感性最差。

Abstract:Populus tomentosa were inoculated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens,and the changes of the defendant enzymes activity were detected regularly after inoculation.The aim of this study is to reveal the physiological response to infection by A.tumefaciens,to clarify the physiological of P.tomentosa grown gall.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),polyphemoloxidase(PPO)rises after inoculation, higher than that of control,whose peak declined to that of control later;there were two peaks in the chang of activity of catalase(CAT),always higher than that of control.The changs of phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL)were similar to that of control and the change extent was small,the activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL)was similar to that of control and their difference was insignificant.It revealed that SOD and CAT are most sensitive to A.tumefacienss;Sensitivity of POD and PPO are lower than SOD;sensitivity of PAL is the lowest.
