| 摘 要： | 本文指出，耕地生产力具有自然生态与社会经济双重属性。开发与提高耕地生产力并使其持续发展的根本在于实现“资源投入－产品产值”的协调互依自动型正反馈过程。耕地生产力的社会实现，取得超额利润是促进耕地系统非平衡相变的启动杠杆，资源投入与调整生产结构是提高耕地生产力的直接途径。
