日本沼虾卵黄磷蛋白生化性质分析

摘    要:采用电泳洗脱法从成熟日本沼虾卵巢中提纯卵黄磷蛋白,并初步分析了其生化性质。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)结果显示:其相对分子量为458 ku;由3个多肽亚基组成,分子量分别为110 ku,96 ku,89 ku,且三亚基上均有糖辅基的结合;样品缓冲液中β-巯基乙醇的有无并不影响亚基的分离,推测亚基间不存在二硫键。

Abstract:With the PAGE and various staining methods, one form of vitellin(Vn) from the mature ovary of Macrobrachium nipponense was examined.And then,Vn was purified by electric-elution.Using a gradient native PAGE,Vn was found to have a molecular mass of 458 ku.Three subunits(110, 96,and 89 ku) in purified Vn were detected with SDS-PAGE.The three subunits were all glycolpolypep-tides,and nondisulfide bonds were found in the binding of the polypeptide subunits.
