不同遗传类型玉米种子形态结构、发芽特性及相互关系的研究

摘    要:以8个不同遗传类型的玉米种子为试验材料,对其形态结构和发芽特性及二者之间的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明:不同遗传类型(除甜质型外)玉米种子的百粒重与内部贮藏物质含量呈显著正相关;种子吸水与其化学成分、皮层厚度和胚乳质地有关;马齿型、半马齿型、高油型和高蛋白型的种子活力较高,而硬粒型、糯质型、甜质型和爆裂型的种子活力较低。

Abstract:The study on morphological structure, germinating character and their relation was conducted with 8 different genetic types of maize seed. The results indicated that the positive relation between the 100-kernel weight and content of the store substances was extremely significant in different genetic types of maize seed(except the sweet type); water absorption of maize seed was associated with constituents, thickness of the cortex and endosperm texture; seed vigor of the dent, half-dent, high oil and high lysine corn types was higher than that of other types.
