摘    要:对用cDNA microarray技术鉴定所得的玉米自交系Hz32(耐)与Mo17(敏)的根系在淹水胁迫早期响应的88个3倍差异表达ESTs进行电子定位,其中47条ESTs可分别排列到玉米10条染色体上;ESTs电子定位结果与玉米耐渍性QTLs图谱的整合发现,10条ESTs落入耐渍性QTLs区段内,并分别位于第1、2、4、5、9和10号染色体上。对这些ESTs的功能分析,推测其中3个基因为玉米耐渍性重要候选基因。整合基因差异表达与QTLs定位资料对筛选和发掘重要数量性状的侯选基因具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The strategy to integrate the differentially expressed ESTs and QTL mapping data is significantly to screen candidate genes underlying quantitative trait.In the study,eighty eight unique ESTs identified by cDNA microarray hybridization,which represented 3-fold differential expression in submerged roots among maize inbred Hz32(tolerance to waterlogging) and Mo17(sensitive to waterlogging),were assigned by electronic location.The result showed that 47 out of 88 ESTs were assigned on the 10 maize linkage groups and ten ESTs were integrated in the region of six waterlogging tolerance QLTs and were located on the maize chromosome NO.1,2,4,5,9 and 10 respectively.The function query of the ten sequences implied that three genes in which were considered as noticeable candidate waterlogging tolerance genes.
