摘    要:早熟棉遗传基础狭窄已成为品种改良的主要障碍。通过常规育种手段实现高产、高抗、优质、早熟协同的难度大,改良现有品种早熟性,是快速实现早熟棉优质育种的有效途径。棉花早熟性调控机理是加速早熟棉遗传改良的重要基础。本文综述了国内外对棉花早熟性主要性状调控机理的研究进展,首次全面总结了熟性相关QTL位点,发现其在D03染色体大量富集,为早熟分子标记的开发与利用提供了依据。本文总结了棉花开花时间调控路径及开花时间调控子功能,阐述了棉花开花调控物种特异性,并对解析栽培棉适应性机理提出了研究方向。

Abstract:The lack of genetic diversity greatly restricts improvement of early-maturity cotton. Traditional breeding is hard to integrate traits of high yield, resistance, quality and early-maturity. Benefiting from the development of modern varieties in yield and quality, modifying their maturity is an effective way to speed up breeding of high quality early-maturity cottons. The regulatory mechanism is the foundation of maturity improvement. This paper overviewed the studies relating to main traits of cotton maturity. The QTLs were summarized together in a map displaying a significant enrichment on chromosome D03. This map would be useful for development of molecular markers of early-maturity. Further, the regulatory pathways of cotton flowering time control were first drawn including functional regulators. We also elaborated the species specificity of cotton flowering time regulation and pointed research direction for clarifying the genetic adaptation to the environment of cultivated cottons.
