不同时期矮壮素处理对大麦生长发育及植株性状的影响

本文研究了在不同生长发育阶段根施1%矮壮素溶液,对大麦的Zadoks生长阶段,Waddington 发育阶段及植株性状的影响,结果表明,在ZGS14(Zadoks growth Stage 14,主茎第4叶展开)、DS2.5(Waddington Scale ofspike development 2.5,护颖原基出现)时,根施矮壮素溶液,可以明显延迟其生长发育阶段,并可改善植株性状,降低株高,促进分蘖,但施用时期过晚则效果较小。

Effect of CCC Treatment at Different Stages on Growth and Development and Plant Character of Barley

Spring barley cv.Atem was grown under three treatments ofplant growth regulator chlormequat(=CCC,applied 1CCC in the soil atdifferent stages)and control(without CCC treatment)in order to study theeffect of CCC on Zadoks growth stage and waddington scale of spikedevelopment and the plant character.The main result showed:in ZGS14(the fourth leaf unfolded on main shoot),DS2.5(Glume primordiumpresent),CCC could retard growth and development clearly,and it couldimprove,plant Character,reduce plant height,and promote tillers.Theeffect reduced if CCC was applied too late.
