摘    要:通过田间有机无机肥料长期定位培肥试验,研究了旱地栗钙土土壤酶活性和肥力因素的动态变化及其之间的关系。结果表明:有机与无机肥料配施可显著提高春小麦产量,其效果好于单施化肥和有机肥。有机与无机肥料配施可明显提高土壤的速氮、速磷、有机质、全氮和全磷含量,其土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性均高于单施化肥和有机肥。经相关分析表明,春小麦产量与三种土壤酶活性、土壤全氮和速氮与土壤脲酶活性、土壤全磷和速磷与土壤碱性磷酸酶活性、土壤有机质与土壤过氧化氢酶活性均达到显著或极显著正相关关系。这对提高高寒半干旱区土壤肥力及确保农业可持续发展具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Studies on the dynamical changes of factors of soi l nutrients and soil enzyme activities and the relationship between them under dif ferent farming measures through long-term experiment improving soil fertility. T he result shows: in the long-term experiment, the composite of organic and i norganic fertilizers increases the yield of wheat and the effect is superior to single chemical or organic fertilizer. Using organic and inorganic fertilizers i mproves the amount of available nutrient (N and P) and total nutrient (N,P and C). The activities of urease,alkaline phospatase,catalase of using organic a nd inorganic fertilizers are more than single chemical or organic fertilizer. Th rough correlation analysis, the active relationship exists between yield and thr ee kinds of enzyme activities, total N, available N and urease activity, total P , available P and alkaline phospatase activity, organic C and catalase activity.
