北京市郊城市化过程土地利用变化研究

本研究在利用多种数据源获取快速城市化过程中不同阶段的土地利用变化信息的基础上,重点研究城市化过程中土地利用结构变化。结果表明:研究区城市化发展在不同的阶段显示不同的特征:1990—1995年,建设用地面积大幅度增加;1995—2000年,建设用地内部结构调整,建设用地盲目扩张的现象得到有效的控制。建设用地面积变化不大,耕地面积也有所恢复;2000—2006年,建设用地发展重点由建成区转移到远郊区县,建设用地又有所增长。同时从空间角度分析建成区空间分布变化、高速公路周边5 km范围内城市扩张强度变化,揭示了城市化过程土地利用的空间演变规律。

Research on land use change during urbanization in suburbs of Beijing

This paper focuses on the process of urban land use change based on the data of land use change at various stages of rapid urbanization.The results show that different urban development stages in the study area present different characteristics.From 1990 to 1995,the construction area increased dramatically.From 1995 to 2000,the urban land use was internally restructured.Blind expansion of urban land was in effective control.Urban area had changed a little and arable land restored.From 2000 to 2006,the focus of urban land development shifted from construction area to the suburbs,and the area of urban land use increased.Spatial analyses indicate that the change of construction area distribution and urban expansion intensity around 5 km of expressway,which explains the land use space variation during the urbanization process.
