| 摘 要： | 以实证分析为主，对陕西扶贫开发过程考察表明，自《国家“八七”扶贫攻坚计划》和《陕西省“五七”扶贫攻坚计划》实施以来，陕西扶贫开发工作成绩显著，但贫困面仍然很大，全省尚有５０个贫困县和近４００万农村贫困人口。建议政府在“九五”期间采取５方面的措施，继续强化扶贫开发力度

| Abstract: | The results of the investigation on anti poverty development show that the range of the poverty in Shanxi Province,with 50 poverty stricken counties and nearly 4 million of poverty stricken people, is still very large though the anti poverty work of the government has produced remarkable effects. Thus, this paper suggests that the government adopt five sorts of strong countermeasures to strengthen the anti poverty work in Shanxi Province during the 9th Five Year Plan. |
