| Abstract: | This paper,based on the reality of serious deficit and scanty benefit in many big and mediumsized state enterprises,proposes the land yearrent system.The theory basis of land yearrent system is analyzed with economics method and the basic forms of land yearrent system implemented in state enterprises are suggested. |
