层次分析法在金花梨果实品质评价上的应用

摘    要:运用层次分析法,对金花梨及其12个变异单系果实的糖酸比,总糖、总酸、可溶性固形物(TSS)和V c含量及果形指数、单果重等7个品质指标进行了综合评判。结果表明,J4、J14、J18和J134个单系表现优良,具有较高的经济价值,可在四川省大面积推广,而J10、J5、J8和J154个单系表现较差,应淘汰或作为授粉树。

Abstract:Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to study the fruit quality of Jinhua pear and its 12 variation strains.Based on multifactor evaluation of their seven traits(sugar-acid ratio,total sugar,total acid,soluble solids,V_C,fruit shape index and fruit weight),several fine variation strains had been filtrated,such as J_4,J_(14),J_(18),J_(13),which could be planted in Sichuan Province;but J_(10),J_5,J_8,J_(15) were bad,and they should be washed out or used as pollinizer.
