| 摘 要： | 阐明了区域水资源实行可持续利用的必要性 ,分析了现有区域水资源可持续利用评价指标体系的国内外研究进展和存在的不足 ,建立了区域水资源可持续利用评价指标体系 ,提出运用离差法、主成分分析和层次分析方法计算指标 ,利用动态和静态相结合的方法对指标进行评价。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the regional water resources must be sustainably utilized,and analyzes the development at home and abroad as well as the disadvantages of evaluation index system for regional water resources.An evaluation index system is set up.It proposes that deviation method,main ingredient analysis method and analytic hierarchy process method should be applied in calculating indexes.In the end,the static method and dynamic method for evaluating indexes are put forward. |
