奶牛胚胎一分为四分割移植试验

1990年7月至1991年3月,以非手术方法采得黑白花奶牛7日龄胚胎。在立体显微镜下,应用徒手简易胚胎分割法,一分为四分割6枚胚胎。将所分割的24枚1/4裸胚,以非手术方法,分别移植给18头受体牛。其中9头妊娠,受体移植妊娠率为50％(9/18),胚胎移植妊娠率为150％(9/6)。得到同胚三犊一组,同胚二胎一组(其中一头产犊,一头流产)和单胎四个(其中两头产犊,两头流产)。

Experiment of Quarter Embryo Transfer in Dairy Cattle

From July, 1990 to March, 1991, day-7 embryos were collected non-surgically from Holsteins. Under the common stereo microscope, each of the six embryos were cut into four equal pieces with a micro-needle held by hand. After that, the 24 quartered bare embryos were transferred non-surgically to 18 recipients. Nine of them became pregnant. The pregnancy rate of recipients was 50%(9 / 18), but the survival rate of embryos in vivo was 150% (9/6). One group of monozygotic triplets, one pair of identical twins (of which one produces calf, and one has an abortion), and four single foetuses (of which two produce calves, and two have the abortions) were produced.
