| 摘 要： | 套袋是提高苹果外观质量的有效途径。文章介绍了果实套袋的基本技术(果袋类型,套袋时间、方式等)及套袋对果实外观品质、果实内含物、果皮细胞、果皮色素及农药残留量的影响,并对果实套袋存在的问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Bagging is an effective method to improve apple appearance. This review introduces basic bagging techniques which include bag types ,bagging time and methods for apple. The effects of bagging on aspects of apparent quality,SSC,skin cell,skin pigments and decreasing pesticide residual are discussed. The factors of affecting bagging effect are analysed. And the problems of bagging are presented. |
